this is a four part series designed to re-awaken the lost parts of your soul to help you remember why you were born. USING THe four directions, the four elements, and your body, mind, & spirit you will learn how to be your own healer. you will learn practical tools and holistic techniques to bring balance to states of anxiety, depression, and trauma. THIS GROUP WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO RE-AWAKEN TO YOUR TRUE NATURE AND LIVE EMBODIED.
